BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性SDM25N是⼀种登⾰病毒(DENV)抑制剂，EC50为1.9µM。SDM25N以细胞类型特异性⽅式抑制DENV。

SDM25N通过靶向病毒NS4B蛋⽩来限制基因组RNA的复制。SDM25N可⽤于DENV感染研究[1]。
