1.协议概述

1.1协议背景与目的

1.2协议适用范围

本协议适用于双方在本次合作的磋商、筹备、履行、终止及后续事宜中，一方以任何形式向另一方披露的全部保密信息，也适用于接收方及其关联方、工作人员、授权代表等所有接触保密信息的主体。本协议效力不受本次合作是否达成、合作协议是否生效或终止的影响。
