摘要：对云南某铅锌冶炼企业的电热前床自动控制系统的通信故障进行研究，介绍了基于串口通信的电热前床通信系统的升级方

法。根据电热前床工艺控制要求，对电热前床控制系统的通信系统和监控系统进行了升级改造。通过采用串口通信的方式，完成了

前床控制系统的升级增强了系统的可靠性，也为今后电热前床控制系统的扩容提供了开发平台。
