国内国际双循环背景下物流人才能力需求分析

摘要：该文通过文献综述、企业走访和问卷调查方式，分析国内国际双循环背景下对我国物流人的主要需求。结合国内国际双

循环背景下物流行业所产生的升级换代、国际物流的快速变化、跨境电商的蓬勃发展及冷链物流的日益受到重视等影响，提出双循环

对物流人的能力需求体现在管理能力、专业化知识、国际化视角及新技术应用的能力等几方面能力。

Abstract:Basedonthecomprehensiveresultsofliteraturereview,visitinglogisticscompaniesandquestionnairesurvey,this

paperanalyzesthedemandforChinaslogisticspersonnelinthecontextofthedomesticandinternationalcirculation.Itisfoundthat

theinfluencecomescomprehensivelyfromupgradingoftechnologyinlogisticsindustry,rapiddevelopmentofinternationallogistics,

theboomingexpansionofcross-borderE-commerce,andthegrowingimportanceofcoldchainlogistics.Duetotheaboveinfluence,

thisresearchrecommendsthatskillofmanagement,specializedknowledge,thinkinginaninternationalperspective,andthecapability

ofapplynewtechnologiesshouldbestrengthenedinthecultivationanddevelopmentoflogisticspersonnel.
