摘要

人工智能技术的快速发展为教师教育领域带来深刻变革。本文基于教育数字化转型背景，以数学师范生

为研究对象，提出“三维一体”的人工智能赋能教学能力培养模式，涵盖课程体系重构、智能实训平台

搭建、多元评价系统设计，并结合实践案例验证其有效性。研究表明，该模式通过技术驱动、数据支撑与

生态重构，能够实现教学能力培养的精准化与个性化，为新时代数学师范生的智能化培养提供创新路径。
