膝关节半月板损伤患者行MR检查的诊断价值分析

【摘要】目的探讨膝关节半月板损伤患者行磁共振(MR)检查的诊断价值。方法66例疑似膝关

节半月板损伤患者,均接受CT、MR和关节镜检查。以关节镜检查结果为金标准,比较CT、MR检查的

诊断符合率,分析MR检查对半月板损伤分级的检出率及MR检查的影像特征。结果66例疑似膝关节

半月板损伤患者中,关节镜检查确诊阳性患者共66例,阴性0例,阳性检出率为100.00%；MR检查阳性

66例,诊断符合率为100.00%；CT检查阳性55例,诊断符合率为83.33%。MR检查的诊断符合率高于CT检

查,差异有统计学意义(χ=12.000,P=0.0010.05)。关节镜检查显示,半月板损伤0级0例,Ⅰ级29例

(43.94%),Ⅱ级27例(40.91%),Ⅲ级10例(15.15%)。MR检查显示,半月板损伤0级0例,Ⅰ级29例

(43.94%),Ⅱ级27例(40.91%),Ⅲ级10例(15.15%),各分级检出率均为100.00%。MR检查膝关节半月板

损伤主要包括8种类型,分别为纵行撕裂、横向破裂、斜向撕开、纵裂、多形性撕裂、放射型破裂、桶

形裂口、“鸟喙”型裂口。结论将MR检查应用于膝关节半月板损伤患者中,能够提升诊断准确率。
