【标题】重庆市农村中小学校本课程开发现状的调查与分析 【作者】周强 【关键词】校本课程开发??农村中小学??重庆 【指导老师】彭寿清 【专业】教育学(心理健康) 【正文】运用问卷调查了重庆市农村中小学校本课程开发的现状。调查发现:(1)教师基本认识了校本课程开发的内涵。(2)大部分教师认识到校本课程的重要价值和必要,但却不知道基本程序,特别是20年以上教龄的教师。(3)重庆市农村中小学开发校本课程的程度还是比较低的,而且城镇教师更多地参与了校本课程开发。(4)教师还没有认识到家长与社区人士也应当是校本课程开发的参与者,特别是20年教龄以上的老教师;而且大部分的校本课程管理者是校长,校长的专制作风突出。(5)大部分学校进行了校本课程开发的准备工作,但不重视在开发前分析学生的需求以及征求家长和同行的意见。(6)农村中小学对校本课程开发的实施安排、监控和评价还不够科学。(7)大部分教师在开发过程中,面临缺乏规范的评价、相关资料、知识和技术等众多困难;造成这些困难的主要原因是缺乏经费、专家学者指导以及家长的不支持;大部分教师采取查阅资料、相互研讨、咨询专家等途径来解决这些困难。(8)大部分没有进行校本课程开发的教师是因为缺乏时间和精力、相关知识和技术以及家长不支持,另外大部分教师也认为自己没有能力进行校本课程开发,这些问题乡村教师更为突出。关键词:?校本课程开发??农村中小学??重庆?AbstractA questionnaire is used to survey the status of school-based curriculum development in primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Chongqing City. The results showed that:(1) The teachers surveyed basically understand the content of school-based curriculum development.?(2)Most teachers recognize the value and the necessity of school-based curriculum, but they do not know the basic procedures, especially for the seniority teachers who had worked for more than 20 years.(3) The extent of school-based curriculum development in rural primary and middle schools in Chongqing City is still relatively low, and the urban teachers become more involved in school-based curriculum development.(4)Teachers have not yet recognized that parents and the community should also be participants in school-based curriculum development, in particular old seniority teachers who had worked for more than 20 years; Most of the school-based curriculum managers are principals, which highlight the authoritarian style.(5)The majority of schools prepared for the school-based curriculum development, but ignored the needs of the students as well as the views of parents and peers.?(6)It is not proper enough for the implementation arrangements, monitoring and evaluation of the rural primary and secondary school-based curriculum development.(7)The majority of teachers in the development p
