球面偏置自锁钟阀在莱钢煤气干法除尘上的应用 ·467 · 球面偏置自锁钟阀在莱钢煤气干法除尘上的应用 张化宾 毕京涛 张 继 林卫全 （莱芜钢铁股份有限公司热电厂） 摘 要 莱钢高炉煤气干法除尘原先使用常规卸灰球阀，由于结构设计和制造存有缺陷，导致球阀密封面和密封圈 在动作过程中出现磨损，损坏频繁，使用寿命短，且球阀一旦损坏无法修复。为彻底消除缺陷，与设备厂家一起， 展开了球面偏置自锁钟阀的研究试验工作，改造后的钟阀在理论上分析为零磨损，在使用过程中只需对密封圈进行 定期更换即可，成本低廉。并结合运行实际进行了不断的完善改进，经过实际运行情况良好。本文着重对球面偏置 自锁钟阀与原先使用的卸灰球阀进行了结构、使用效果、成本、经济效益等多方面的对比分析，并对该球面偏置自 锁钟阀在莱钢干法除尘的推广应用进行了介绍。 关键词 干法除尘 钟阀 应用 Spherical Surface Bias Self-locking Clock Type Ball Valve Violates the Law in the Dust Removal Application in the Lai Steel Coal Gas Zhang Huabin Bi Jingtao Zhang Ji Lin Weiquan （Thermal power plant of Laiwu steel ） Abstract The stem method in addiion to dust of Thermal power plant of Laiwu steel was used Ball Valve ash disposal,because of the poor design and producing which make Seal surface of the Ball Valve and the ring in the process of moving .It damaged frequently,and the using ane become shorter.besides,if the Ball Valve is broken ,it can not recover .In order to omit the defects completely ,we make a researching experiment company with the company that produce the machine.The analysis shows that the wear of ball valve is zero after improving .you just exchange the ring regularly in the process of using .And the price is low .we also improved it according to the operation,and the actual operation is well,this paper emphasis on structure ,results,cost, economic benefits with the Ball Valve,and introduce the application of clock value in he stem method in addiion to dust of laiwu steel.
