  寒地城市小学生就学交通特征及学校周边 交通环境研究 赵天宇，刘宇舒* 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 （哈尔滨工业大学建筑学院，哈尔滨 150001） 摘要：寒地城市冬季小学上下学时段，学校周边道路的交通拥堵、秩序混乱等交通问题,逐 渐成为各大城市普遍现象。本文通过资料搜集、实地踏勘、统计分析等方法确定冬季哈尔滨 典型小学就学的交通方式、路径、时间等特征；小学上下学时段主要路段、交叉口、停车场 等交通问题以及对整个片区交通网络的影响；小学生与家长对就学交通的意愿，对学校周边 交通环境的意见等问题的细节及具体矛盾的症结。从小学生出行安全便捷、出行方式健康等 视角，研究冬季严寒路滑条件下学校片区的交通引导规划、交通环境及路径设计，并就小学 生就学交通方式的引导与资助政策进行分析讨论。 关键词：城乡规划学；小学生就学交通特征；小学生就学交通方式；小学周边交通环境；小 学周边交通引导规划；冬季哈尔滨 中图分类号：TU984.11 STUDY ON TRAFFIC CHARACTERISTICS AND ENVIRONMENT OF SCHOOL ATTENDANCE FOR PUPILS IN WINTER CITIES Zhao Tianyu, Liu Yushu (School of Architecture,Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001) Abstract: Traffic jam and disorder have been common phenomena around the primary schools at the rush time of pupils going to school and leaving school in most high-latitude cities in winter. Through data collection, field inspection and statistic analysis, this paper tries to confirm the transportation modes of school attendance, route, time, etc; the transportation problems of main roads, intersection, parking lot at the time of school attendance, as well as the influence to the whole traffic network in this district; It dissects this problem in detail from several perspectives respectively, pupils and their parents’ wills to transportation about school attendance, the advices and opinions towards the whole school traffic environment. From the perspectives of school trip security, convenience, mode and health, it further studies traffic guidance planning, traffic environment and route design in school area under the condition of winter coldness and road slippery, and then exerts an analysis on the guidance and subsidy policy based on the means of transportation of school attendance.
