公共事业管理专业毕业论文--当代大学生学习动力缺失的原因及对策分析.docVIP

摘 要 近年来，随着高校扩招，我国的高等教育已进入大众普及化阶段。学习是大学生在大学期间最基本的活动，大学生的学习动力直接关系到学习的成效。但是，目前部分大学生对大学的学习生活感到迷茫，对大学的生活感到不满及失望，高校普遍面临着大学生学习动力不足的严峻挑战。 本文在问卷调查的基础上，分析了大学生学习动力不足的现状及原因，其主要原因包括：专业的选择与理想的落差，大学生活缺乏规划，对待大学学习的认识有偏差，自制力不强，社会的功利风气影响学生的学习，教师的教学质量等因素。针对现状和原因，提出加强和提升大学生学习动力的对策：如对大学学习生活进行合理的规划；正确认识大学学习；树立正确的学习动机；强化学生的自制力；不限定专业的选择，建立自由的学术氛围；借鉴“住宿学院制”，建立良好的校园环境；培养学生的学习兴趣；建立就业体系，帮助学生融入社会；尊重子女的学习兴趣进行专业选择等。 关键词：大学生；学习动力；学习动机 Abstract In recent years, with the college enrollment, higher education in China has entered the extended enrollment of universities. Learning is the most basic activities in the university for college students, the effectiveness of learning has great relate with the learning motivation of university students. But some students feel confused for the study of university, feeling dissatisfied and disappointed for the life of the college. The college generally faces serious challenges in the lack of the college students learning motivation. Based on the survey, this article analysis the reason of the college students learning motivation shortage, the main reasons are as follows: the uneveness between the imagination and reality of professional choice, the lack of planning during the university life, the cognition windage to understand the university of learning, students self-control is not strong, the social utilitarian atmosphere impact on learning, the quality of teachers education and other factors. Some countermeasures which aim at the status quo and reason are put forward for the college students to strengthen and improve the learning motivation: such as planing the life of the university reasonably; understanding the university study correctly; establishing the correct learning motivation; strengthening students self-control; creating a free academic style, dont limited the professional choice; refering to the residential college system for establishing a good school environment; developing students learning interest; creating employment system to help students b
