摘 要 近年来，越来越多的外来民工涌入城市，他们为城市的发展做出了巨大的贡献。但与此同时，外来民工子女的基础教育也成为了一个不容忽视的问题。外来民工子女的教育问题关系到我国社会的稳定和未来的发展，因此，如何保障流动人口子女接受义务教育的基本权益，已经成为社会转型时期难以回避的综合性的社会问题。本文通过对嘉兴市外来民工子女教育的调查与分析，发现目前主要存在着外来民工子弟学校教学质量难以保证、外来民工子弟学校校舍及教学设施简陋、外来民工子女教育机制尚未完全理顺、外来民工子女教育收费仍然偏重等主要问题，并在分析问题产生主要原因的基础上，提出提高认识，强化落实地方政府责任、完善机制，构建城乡一体的基础教育体系、统筹规划，充分发挥公办学校主渠道作用、规范管理，切实改进外来民工子弟学校办学行为、增加投入，不断加大对外来民工子女教育的扶持力度和完善保障，不断提高外来民工的各类待遇等一系列有针对性的对策建议。 关键词：嘉兴市；外来民工；基础教育 Abstract In recent years, more and more migrant workers go into the cities, they made ??a great contribution to the development of the city.
