摘 要 近年来，食品安全事件屡屡发生，人们对此普遍关注。在我国，人们总体 上对食品安全问题的认识还存在一定的偏差，食品安全问题更多地被认为是生 物学和卫生检疫学领域的问题。本文试图从经济学的角度去分析其本质和发生 机理，研究信息不对称对食品安全管理产生的影响。 文章首先解释了为什么要从信息不对称的角度来研究食品安全管理，阐述 了研究的理论意义及实践意义；接着对信息不对称理论作了简单的介绍，分析 了信息不对称产生的原因及其对市场产生的负面影响，提出应理性选择信息对 称最大化的程度；然后具体地分析了信息不对称对食品安全管理的影响，分别 从生产者与消费者之间的信息不对称、生产者与管理者之间的信息不对称、管 理者对外的信息不透明三个方面进行了详细的阐述；最后，分别针对信息不对 称的三个方面提出了相应的解决办法，提供了应对的详细思路。 关键词：食品安全；信息不对称 信息不对称对食品安全管理的影响研究 Abstract In recent years, foodstuff security events repeatedly occur, people all over the world have paid closed attention to this problem. In our country, the knowledge of the question still exist some deviation, people usually considered it as a biology issue, or reputed it to the domain of health quarantine. This article is trying to analyse its essence and occur mechanism from economic angle and study the impact of information asymmetry in food safety management. Firstly this article has explained why to research the issue of food safety management from the aspect of information asymmetry, and recounted its significance on theory and practice. Secondly, it gave a simple introduction to the theory of information asymmetry, analyzed its causation and the harm it does to the market, advanced a opinion to augment the pitch of information to the most. Then, it detailed analysed the inpact of information asymmetry to food safety management, from three facets, such as information asymmetry between producers and customers、 information asymmetry between producers and manager of government、information opacity of the government. At last, this article brought up measures to the question, so as to provide a preparatory frame to the issue. Keywords: Food safety ,Information asymmetry
