摘 要 本文主要探讨我国财产分布与社会信任问题，即财产分布、社会信任的当 前状况以及两者之间的相互关系。已有研究对中国的财产分布和社会信任状况 进行了一定程度的分析，方法多使用指数测算、分解或者普通最小二乘回归进 行分析，但已有研究没有提供我国最新财产分布状况的情形，也没有详细的描 述社会信任与财产分布的关系。本文使用最新的奥尔多投资研究中心数据，分 别使用指标测算、分解和指数构建、特征分类的方法对我国当前的财产分布和 社会信任状况进行了详细考察；并使用最小二乘方法考察了社会信任对财产分 布的影响。同时，还使用十等分组描述了财产分布对社会信任的作用。 本文的主要结论如下：(1) 我国的财产分布已经出现了严重的不平等，并且 有进一步扩大的趋势；(2) 住房估计价值和金融类资产，尤其是住房估计价值， 对总财产分布差距的产生有很大的作用；(3) 对社会的不信任有利于居民对财产 的积累，富有的居民也往往呈现出更低的社会信任水平。 关键词：财产分布；社会信任；贫富差距；基尼系数；泰尔指数；信任指数 1 Abstract This paper focuses on the wealth distribution and social trust in Chinese economy, involving the current situation of these two important factors in an economy as well as the specific relationship between them. Some recent literature has made certain analysis on wealth distribution and social trust in Chinese economy, by index calculation 、decompose and Least square regression. While those literature fails to give a latest description of wealth distribution and social trust, either to find a specific relationship between them. To tackle these problems, based on Household Assets Survey Data System of AORDO Investment Research Center, this paper provides an detailed description of the latest wealth distribution and social trust in China, by index calculation 、decompose and index system setting up、 classification respectively. Also , this paper sheds some lights on the doubleaction relationship between wealth distribution and social trust.
