要 电网的安全经济运行与群众的生产、生活息息相关，电网调度机构做为电力 生产的指挥中心和电量交易中心，其信息系统与其它行业和部门的要求有很大不 同。 本文分析了江西电网调度信息系统的应用现状，介 了江西电网调度工作的 概况及电网调度信息化的发展，阐述了江西电网调度运行管理信息系统的应用， 总结了江西电网调度运行管理信息系统在系统运行中存在的问题。研究了江西电 网调度信息系统的应用对策和应用模式，对信息系统的管理和维护，特别是系统 的安全性进行了阐述，对系统开发中遇到的问题、采取的办法及系统运行中的问 、教训和改进工作进行了论述，并对新形势下 三公”调度中信息公开和披露制度 对电网企业的影响进行了分析，提出了今后调度信息系统完善化的方向、内容和 调度运行管理和电力市场化对信息系统实施的要求，信息系统的实施对电网运行 的组织、部门和岗位进行的工作流程的重组、再造，使组织行为公开化，部门扁 平化，岗位专业化，论述了新老系统和体系间的过渡方案。对江西电网调度信息 系统进行了运行绩效评价，从系统的应用控制能力、管理控制能力、信息质量、 经济效益和应用效果等多方面，对现有系统进行了评价，给将来数字化电网建设 以及调度机构的信息系统大规模扩建和升级提供了管理和应用的经验。 关键词：电网调度 信息系统 应用模式 研究 1 Abstract The security of the power system connects closely with the production and the living of the customers. When the dispatcher of the power system acts as the centers of the power production conductor and coulomb trade, its information system is different from other vocations and departments. Firstly, the article analyzed the application present of the dispatching information system used in Jiangxi power system. It also introduced the general situation of the dispatching work and the development of the information system. And the description was given for the application of the dispatching operation management information system. Then it summarized the problems existed in the operation of the dispatching operation management information system.
