要 随着我国综合国力的不断增强，人民币国际化成为近期研究的热点问题，而 人民币国际化的模式与路径选择是我国政府与理论界必须解决的课题。 近年来，随着我国经济的持续健康发展，人民币己悄然越出国境，在周边国 家流通。与发达国家货币国际化的发展过程相比，人民币国际化表现出其自身的 特征：基础相对薄弱与货币国际化并存；经济转型与货币国际化并存；全球范围 内的普通货币角色与国际区域货币角色并存。 本文通过分析世界上主要国际货币的国际化过程的特征，结合我国经济发展 的实际情况，指出人民币国际化应选择 “弱经济——强制度”模式，遵循“人民 币周边国际化→人民币亚洲化→人民币国际化”的渐进路径，并在宏观经济政策 和区域经济货币合作等方面做出具体的制度安排，最终使人民币实现国际化。 关键词： 货币国际化 人民币国际化 模式选择 路径安排 1 Abstract As Chinas overall national strength continuously enhanced, the Internationali zation of RMB has become the hot issues, and the mode of the internationalization of RMB and path of choice are issues that our government and theory horizon have to solve. In recent years, as Chinas sustained and healthy economic development, the RMB has been quietly beyond national borders, circulate in neighboring countries. And compared with the developed countries of the international monetary process, RMB has its own characteristics: relatively weak basis co-exist with the international monetary; economic restructuring co-exist with the international monetary; the world s common currency co-exist with the international currency. Through analysis characteristics of the worlds maj or international currencies in the international process and combined with Chinas economic development situation, this article points out that the internationalization of RMB should be chosen the weak economy - strong systems model to follow, RMB surrounding international → RMB Asia-oriented → RMB internationalization of the progressive path, and macroeconomic policies and regional economic cooperation in the monetary system to make specific arrangements for the ultimate realization of the internationalization of the RMB.
