要 现代物流产业的发展日新月异，在新的历史时期，邮政能否在物流领域内取 得长足发展，重振百年雄风，焕发新的生命力，这是全国邮政人的一个重要课题。 为此，邮政如何利用自身优势，进行 源整合，趋利避害，制定出科学合理的企 业经营发展策略，在竞争激烈的第三方物流服务市场中求得生存与发展，事关重 大。本文力求运用自己所学的知识，对物流的相关基础理论和国内外物流业发展 情况进行简单论述，特别是结合江西邮政的发展现状，通过“PEST”模型分析影 响物流行业发展的宏观环境、第三方物流市场的需求及竞争状况、江西物流发展 存在的主要问 ;同时运用波特的“五力模型”分析第三方物流业的竞争情况;最后 采用SWOT 分析法分析江西邮政物流发展相对于竞争对手的优势和劣势以及在第 三方物流市场中的机会和威胁，提出江西邮政物流发展的实施策略。 关键词：江西邮政物流 发展策略 SWOT 1 Abstract With the thriving of modern logistic industry, how to revitalize the Post and get substantial developments in the logistics field is an important task facing the postal people. In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition of third party logistics market, it s essential for the Post to utilize its advantage, integrate resources and make rational management and development strategy. This paper first describes the basic logistic theories and the status of domestic and international logistics. Then combining the PEST analysis with the present situation of JiangXi postal logistics, it discusses the macro environment affecting the development of logistic industry and the main problem of JiangXi postal logistics. Meanwhile, applying Michael Porters five forces model, it analyses the demand and competition in the TPL market. Lastly, using the SWOT analysis, it illustrates the advantage and disadvantage to competitors, the opportunities and threats in the TPL market and the implementation strategy for the development of JiangXi post logistics.
