分类号： 密级： UDC 编号： 硕 士 学 位 论 文 大学教师参与学术管理问题研究 ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――― On Faculties’ Participation in Academic Management ―――――――――――――――――――――――――――― 摘 要 大学教师参与学术管理是指由教师参与提出、制定、表决学校学术事务和政策的行动，以满足大学教师对学术活动的合理需要，实现教师主体参与管理的一种管理模式。 我国传统的大学内部学术管理体制与大学学术性的要求不一致，民主管理基础薄弱，教师的民主参与管理权力有限。本论文以此为切入点展开探讨和研究。以学术组织的自身属性、高等教育管理原则以及教师自我实现需要的理论为基础，通过分析学术管理与权力配置的关系，提出应确立大学教师在学术管理中的主体地位。通过分析大学教师参与学术管理的本质、主体、内容、程度以及制约因素，得出结论：1.参与学术管理的教师主体与相关性和知识性两个维度有关，并分析了四种不同情况；2.界定了学术管理的内容，包括教学事务管理、科研事务管理以及相关的其他学术性事务的管理；3.确定大学教师参与学术管理的五种程度，并提出参与的程度与参与内容相关；4.分析了法律和制度、大学校长以及教师自身这三个影响大学教师参与学术管理的主要因素。 本论文通过问卷调查从三个方面来了解大学教师参与学术管理的现状，并发现存在学术管理机构制度不健全、学术组织行政化倾向、群体思维制约决策过程以及参与学术管理意识不明确等问题，并从历史、体制、权力分配、文化四个角度分析了其原因，针对参与学术管理的模式、主体和学术管理机构三个方面提出了建议。 关键词：学术管理；大学教师；参与管理； Abstract Faculties’ participation in academic management is a kind of management pattern that the faculty participate the proposal, formulation and vote of academic business and policy to satisfy their reasonable needs and realize the participation of management. Our traditional interior university academic management system disagrees with the logic of the technicality, therefore the foundation of democracy is weak and the right of faculties’ participation is limited. It is the start of this thesis. On the basis of the intrinsic characters of the academic organizations, the principia of higher education management and the theory of faculties’ self-realization need, by analyzing the relationship between academic management and power configuration, this thesis put forward the opinion that we should establish faculties’ main status in academic management, And via the further analysis of the essence, extension and Restriction factor, this thesis educes four conclusions: 1. The principal part of participation is related to pertinence and knowledge, which includes four different kinds of modes. 2. Limits the academic management scope, including teaching affairs
