I also owe my sincere gratitude to my friends and my colleagues who gave me their help and time in listening to me and helping me work out my problems during the difficult course of the thesis. 摘要 20世纪90年代以来，世界各国都把培养学生的自主学习能力作为一项重要的教 育指标，关于自主学习的理论和应用研究空前繁荣。在国内，基础教育课程改革已经 明确把引导学生自主学习、合作学习、探究学习等作为转变学生学习方式的重要任务。 由于长期以来我国高中片面追求升学率，学生自主学习能力的培养一直受到忽视，总 的发展水平还不高，各方面自主学习能力的发展还不均衡。因此，培养学生的自主学 习能力是一项十分重要的任务。 本文采用文献查阅、问卷调查与分析、实验对比等方法，以浙江省某一高中学生 为研究对象，对该校高中生英语课外自主学习能力的现状与培养进行了研究与探讨。 通过调查，发现该校高中生大多没有形成良好的课外自主学习习惯，自主学习能力普 遍较低。通过对实验班的学生进行课外自主学习策略的指导来提高他们的学习成绩， 并提高他们的自主学习的能力。实验时间为一学年。实验结果表明：对高中生进行课 外自主学习策略的指导，有助于提高学生的学习兴趣和学习信心，从而提高他们的英 语学习成绩。 关键词：高中生，自主学习，学习能力，学习策略 ABSTRACT Since the 1990s, developing students’ autonomous learning ability has become a key point in different countries around the world.
