高职学生专业社团的现状与发展策略研究 _ 以江苏省ＣＺ学校为个案.pdf

论 文 摘 要 高职学生专业社团作为高职学生社团的一个分支，是以传播与专业相关的 知识信息，结合有关课题、社会现实问题进行研讨、交流并深入社会实际进行实 践探索为主要目标的学术活动型大学生组织，它以其鲜明的与专业结合的学术研 究特色而越来越受到高校及社会的关注。高职专业社团具有普通社团的共同性 质，同时具备专业性、职业性、创新性、实践性的特殊优势。高职学生专业社团 能够体现高职院校特色，在实现高等职业教育为社会培养高技能应用型人才这一 最终目标方面具有独特的促进作用。近年来，随着高等职业教育的发展，高职专 业社团的规模也在日益庞大，专业社团在培养学生职业素养，锻炼学生创业能力 方面体现出了越来越重要的意义，受到了高职院校学生与教育工作者的重视，影 响力也得以扩大。然而在发展壮大的过程中，高职专业社团也出现了诸多的问题， 阻碍了其积极作用的体现。本文以江苏省CZ高职院校的专业社团为个案，通过 问卷调查和访谈了解高职专业社团的现状和存在的问题，通过对调查结果的分析 研究，提出了对该校高职专业社团建设的相应对策。同时在个案研究的基础上， 对高职专业社团的发展策略与发展前景进行了进一步的研究和展望，提出了高职 专业社团规范化、科学化、创业化和品牌化发展的设想，试图为高职专业社团的 建设和发展提供有效的建议和参考。 关键词：高职院校 学生专业社团 发展策略 创业化 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT AABBSSTTRRAACCTT As a branch of higher vocational student organizations, Students’ professional associations aim to communicate the professional knowledge and information, analyze and study the social problems and technical subjects as well as explore the social practice in-depth. With its distinctive combination of academic study and professional practice, Students’ Professional Association has gradually attracted much attention from colleges and the society. Students’ Professional Association has the professional, innovative and practical features along with the common nature of the general communities.
