关于加强中职语文教学实效性的研究.pdf

[论文摘要] 职业学校教育与职业培训的不同点之一，即是否开设文化课。可以说，文化课的开 设不仅是提高基层岗位工作者的文化水平的重要条件，而且是社会可持续发展的需要， 随着中等职业教育的不断发展，越来越多的人认识到综合能力的重要性，没有文化素养 支撑的单纯技能已经越来越不能适应社会的发展。 作为中职公共基础文化课之一的中职语文因具有工具性、基础性、人文性等特点， 在培养学生综合素质、提高学生职业能力和可持续发展等方面具有独特的优势，因此在 中职校的课程开设体系中依然占有其一席之地。 但是，由于我国的职业教育起步晚，研究相对滞后，至目前为止，许多中职的语文 教学依旧沿袭普教模式。而职业教育面对的生源又多为基础文化课的失败者，一味沿袭 普教形式根本不能适应当前中职学生的实际，使得教学缺乏职业特色，语文的工具性没 有有效地推行，人文性又不能很好地落实。导致语文教学效率低下，实效性不够，所 以，要提高中职语文的教学实效，就必须研究符合具有中职特色的语文教学。 本文从中职语文教育与中职教育之间的关系出发，结合中等职业教育以及语文学科 本身的特点，阐述了中职语文教学及教学实效性的现状与所存在问题、分析了中职语文 教学的实效性内涵、提出了加强中职语文实效性内涵的原则。根据多年的教学实践，笔 者认为中职语文教学如果要突显实效性，亟需在教学内容、教学方法和教学评价上进行 改进，使教学内容和学生的专业学习更加贴近、教学方法上与学生的实际水平更相符， 教学评价上更加注重体系的多元化。并提出具体的做法和措施。 关键词：中职语文 教学 实效性 v Abstract Nowadays one of the differences between vocational education and occupation training is whether it offers general knowledge course. The opening of the general knowledge course can improve the workers’ cultural quality and offers them sustainable development. With the development of vocational education, more and more people realize the importance of comprehensive ability and the limitation of skill- learning only. The Chinese course teaching is a tool and base course in vocational school, which can not only cultivate the students’ comprehensive quality but also improve their occupation ability, so it plays an important role in general knowledge course. But in recent years, the Chinese course teaching has been following the pattern of general education, which doesn’t conform to the actual situation of students in vocational school, so the Chinese course teaching lacks distinguishing feature and its effectiveness. In order to change the situation, it is urgent for us to study new teaching strategy.
