论 文 摘 要 本研究初步梳理了教育规制、学生指导及普通高中组织变革的研究概况， 提出了在高中创建学生发展中心改进学生发展指导工作的设想。研究对普通高 中的学生发展指导工作理念为何要从“规制”走向“指导”进行了原因分析， 明确指出了教育“规制”的弊端和“发展指导”的重要作用。研究以H 校为案 例，对H 校的学生发展工作基础与问题进行了分析，对新的学生发展中心的理 念、目标定位、功能设计、组织特色的全面系统地思考。研究按照行动研究的 要求，积极实践了这一组织变革的设计、行动、反思、再行动的过程。重点对 学生发展中心创建的行动策略和成立后的主要工作进行了探讨，尤其是认真思 考了H 校实施导师制的各类问题。 研究从一个组织变革实施者的视角详细记录了H 校学生发展中心创建的背 景、创建的组织设计、实施的策略、实施的过程、发现的问题及改进的策略。 本研究对其他学校实施类似组织变革提供了重要参考，给出了怎样实现这种转 变的一些可行性建议。 关键词 规制 指导 学生发展中心 II ABSTRACT In this study, preliminary combed the regulation of education, student guidance and research overview of the organizational change in high school, proposed the idea to create a Student Development Center in high school to improve student development to guide the work.
