论 文 摘 要 中小学生是未来建设祖国的重要力量，他们的健康素质是全民族健康素质的 基础。体育对青少年的思想品德、智力发育、审美素养的形成都有不可替代的重 要作用。增强学生体质、培养学生终身体育的意识是学校体育重要任务之一，仅 仅依靠有限的体育课来达到上述任务是不现实的，需要将体育教学与课外运动参 与结合起来。 课外体育活动作为学校体育的重要组成部分，目的是增强学生体质，发展学 生多方面的身体素质，锻炼身心，娱乐益智，是实施素质教育、实现学校体育目 标的基础途径之一。在 “每天锻炼一小时”、“阳光体育”、“终身体育”等指导 思想的背景下，本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、 逻辑分析法等方法，对上海市中小学生的课外体育参与及其支持系统现状进行了 调查。调查结果显示：上海市中小学生的课外运动参与总体情况较好，同时存在 地区、学校差别较大，支持系统不完善、体教分离仍事实存在等问题。结合国外 中小学生运动参与的情况，笔者提出了利用学校体育俱乐部的形式作为中小学生 课外运动参与的支持系统的补充的初步构想。 关键词：中小学生；课外；运动参与；支持系统 Abstract Primary and middle school students is an important force in the future to build our motherland, their health quality is the foundation of the health quality of the whole nation. Sports to the youth moral, intellectual development, the formation of the aesthetic quality are irreplaceable role. Enhance students constitution and training students consciousness of lifelong physical education is an important task of school physical education, depend only on limited physical education to achieve the above task is not realistic, and extracurricular sports teaching to combine sports participation. Extracurricular sports activities as an important part of school physical education, the purpose is to enhance students constitution and developing students various physical, mental and physical exercise, educational entertainment, to carry out the quality education, realize is the foundation of the school sports target one way. In an hour every day, sunshine sports, lifetime sports guiding ideology of the background, this paper by using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, the primary and middle school students
