Abstract: Objective T investigate the iden tificati n f undergraduate nurse students t clin ical nursing
w rk s as t devel p p ssible c untermeasures. M ethods E ighty undergraduate nurse students in Grade
2000 w ere surveyed bef re clin ical practice w ith selfdesigned questi nnaires. Results Seventysix ques
ti nnaires w ere c llected back ut f the distributed 80 questi nnaires. The career attitudes t nursing pr
fessi n f th se students w ere d ivided in t 3 gr ups: 9. 2% ( 7/76) f the students liked the career;
303% ( 23/76) didn t like it; 60. 5% ( 46/76) had n view s. The main reas ns f r dislike f clin ical
nursing w rk included the f ll w ing fact rs: m ismatch f educati nal backgr und, title and kn w ledge level
w ith realw rks; l w s cial expectati n value; l w s cial status; l w w elfare; unab le t display their talent in
clin ical nursing; and lack f ach ievem ent. Conclusion On ly a few undergraduate nurse studen ts like clin i
