黄连温胆汤治疗焦虑性失眠的临床有效性荟萃分析 摘要：目的：采用黄连温胆汤治疗焦虑性失眠患者。分析其临床有效性和意义。方法：随机选取我院于2011.07~2012.07期间收治焦虑性失眠患者84例。将所有患者随机均分为实验组和对照组。采用黄连温胆汤治疗实验组患者。采用西药治疗对照组患者。记录患者服药后的入睡时间、深度睡眠时间和日常精神状态等。结果：实验组患者入睡时间由3.1±0.6h减少到23.9±4.1min。对照组患者入睡时间由3.0±0.5h减少到1.9±0.4h。实验组患者睡眠质量差者仅有4例，对照组有15例。患者的MMSE量表显示实验组患者的精神状态更佳。结论：黄连温胆汤治疗焦虑性失眠有很好的临床效果。它可以有效缩短患者入睡时间。它可以改善患者的精神状况和认知能力。此方法适合在临床上推广施行。 关键词：黄连温胆汤；焦虑性失眠；临床有效性 Meta-analysis of the clinical effectiveness of applying HuanglianWendan decoction to treat anxious insomnia Abstract: Objective: To apply HuanglianWendan decoction to treat anxious insomniapatients and analyze the clinical effectiveness and meaning of it. Methods: Selected 84 cases of anxious insomnia patients in our hospital during 2011/07 and 2012/07 and divided them into two groups. Patients in experimental group received HuanglianWendan decoction therapy. Patients in control group received western medicine therapy.Recorded the time to fall asleep, the time of deep sleep, the quality of sleeping and the daily mental state of those patients. Results: The time of fall asleep in experimental group decreased from 3.1?.6h to 23.9?.1min. The time of fall asleep in contrn ol group decreased from 3.0?.5h to 1.9?.4h. There were only 4 cases of bad quality of sleeping in experimental group, which was 15 in control group. The MMSE result showed that the mental state of patients in experimental group were better. Conclusion: HuanglianWendan decoction effects well in treating anxious insomnia. It can shorten the time of fall asleep and lengthen the time of sleeping of those patients. It can improve the mental state and ability of recognition of them. This method is suitable for popularizing in clinical.
