提升绍兴纺织企业存货管理技术与水平的途径
摘 要
企业存货管理水平的高低对企业生产经营的顺利与否具有直接的影响。在当前经济下滑，市场萎缩的大背景下，企业若没有充足的资金将面临破产的危机。中小企业虽然规模小，人才需求小，但在不断发展壮大过程中若依旧被传统的管理理念束缚，迟早要面临被市场淘汰的危机。本文主要通过搜集各种有关存货管理的文献资料，然后选取30家大唐针织企业进行走访调查和问卷调查。
通过资料分析可以看出，以大唐袜业为例的绍兴纺织企业存在对存货管理制度的建立不够重视、存货占用流动资金的比率过高、缺少健全的内部控制制度、原料采购计划不够合理等现象。本文认为要解决纺织企业的这些问题，做到提升其存货管理水平，关键是要提高企业管理者对存货管理的重视程度，然后注重人才培养。观念和人才解决了，管理手段的改进也将不再是问题。

The level of inventory management business for the smooth production and operation have a direct effect or not.In the current economic downturn, shrinking against the backdrop of the market, companies without sufficient funds will face bankruptcy.Although the small scale of SMES, human resources needs of small, but in the process of continuous development and expansion, if still bound by the traditional management concepts, sooner or later have to face out of the market crisis.In this paper, inventory management through the collection of all relevant literature, and then select the 30 companies visited Datang Knitting surveys and questionnaires.
Through data analysis we can see that inventory management system of textile enterprises in Shaoxing get unreasonable phenomenon such as insufficient attention on system establishment, take stock liquidity ratio is too high, the lack of sound internal control system, raw materials procurement plan is not reasonable and so on.This paper argues that the textile enterprises to solve these problems, so to enhance their inventory management, the key is to improve enterprise management emphasis on inventory management, and personnel training.Ideas and talent resolved, improved management tools will no longer be a problem.
