毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江丽水青田非正规对外劳务输出调查研究 摘 要 在经济全球化的现今，国际贸易已成一种趋势，而随着世界科学技术的发展，服务贸易日益成为当今世界贸易的中流砥柱。金融危机的爆发，致使各国纷纷出台各样的贸易保护政策，使我国货物贸易遭受前所未有的阻碍，因而，在人口优势的前提下，对外劳务输出则成了减缓我国贸易遭受损失的一个途径。浙江丽水青田虽是一个面积只有2493平方千米的小县城，但在出国劳务上已具百年历史，从清末时期就有人员前往他国进行贸易，由于自身学识、掌握的技术等因素，在国外青田人大多选择了非正规就业，居于他国谋取利益。而这样的非正规劳务输出也减缓了青田的劳动力就业压力、解决了城镇失业人口及农村剩余劳动力就业问题。 本文针对青田在外人员，对其非正规劳务输出通过问卷调查分析了青田人员的劳务输出基本情况、其职业分布、社会保障、组织保护等情形，并针对所发现的问题，提出提高其对自身的认识，争取自己所应得的社会保障福利等对策。 关键词：Abstract In todays economic globalization, international trade has become a trend, and as the worlds scientific and technological development, trade in services is increasingly becoming the mainstay of the world trade. Financial crisis, leading to all sorts of countries have introduced trade protection policy, our country suffered an unprecedented cargo trade barriers, which, under the premise of the demographic advantage, foreign labor exports have reduced the losses of trade. Although it is a small town with 2493km2, Qingtian, Lishui, Zhejiang province has been a century-old town in the overseas labor. From the Qing Dynasty, there were lots of people doing business in other countries. Because of their own knowledge, technology and other factors, most people in foreign countries choose informal employment and live in other countries to get the interests. And such non-formal labor export has cut down the labor employment pressure of Qingtian and helped solve the problem of urban unemployed and rural surplus labor force. The report is focus on the information when Qingtian people work in the other countries by a way of informal labor export. Analyzed by a questionnaire, we know the basic information, occupational distribution, social security organization protection about the Qingtian people. And according to the problems identified, I propose to increase the awareness of their own, and remind them that they should have to fight for their own social security measures.
