摘 要 近些年来，中国共产主义青年团（简称共青团）在中国的涉外活动中表现得 越来越活跃，发挥着更加重要的作用。大规模的共青团涉外项目范围渐趋扩大， 沟通管道更加多样化，交流领域更加全面，交流内容不断深化，参与主体的身份 日益多元。青年外交目前呈现一种立体的局面，对资源的利用、整合和开发都在 不断向纵深发展，在中国“全方位、宽领域、多层次”外交格局中，共青团外交 服务党政外交、促进中国与其它国家关系发展的作用正不断增强。然而，对于共 青团的涉外活动，学界却缺乏一个较为系统的研究，即使共青团内部提倡“团 学”的人，也缺乏对共青团涉外活动的专门研究。 本文以涉外活动作为研究对象，对其做了初步的归纳，将共青团涉外活动分 为涉外政治活动、涉外经济活动和涉外文化活动。当然，这种分类并不绝对，也 不完全准确。事实上，这三者往往参差交错在一起，你中有我，我中有你，政治 活动中包括了大量的文化活动和经济活动，经济活动、文化活动也可能仅仅为了 实现政治目的。并就涉外政治、涉外经济和涉外文化这三个领域，分别探讨了领 域的构成，价值倾向，活动和地位，初步建立了一个可供分析的框架。 关键词：中国共产主义青年团，涉外活动 I ABSTRACT In recent years, the China Communist Youth League (CCYL), whose performance in foreign-related activities are becoming more and more active, plays a more important role.
