· 482· 广东牙病防治 2009年 1O月 第 l7卷 第 10期 · 防治实践 · Vector系统应用于牙周基础治疗的临床研究 李红文 ， 耿发云， 樊维佳， 姜晶 深圳市龙岗中心医院口腔科，广东深圳(518116) 【摘要】 目的 研究Vector系统进行牙周基础治疗的临床效果。方法 采用口内自身对照方法，选择58例慢 性牙周炎患者，口内A、D区设为试验组，B、C区设为对照组。所有患者行超声洁治后，试验组应用 Vector系统行 龈下刮治及根面平整术 (scalingandrootplanning，SRP)，对照组应用Gracey刮治器械行SRP。对2组SRP的治疗 时问，SRP前(基线期)及SRP后 1、3、6个月的龈沟出血指数、探诊 出血、探诊深度及附着水平进行比较，视觉模 拟疼痛评级法 (visualanaloguescale，VAS)评定2组的疼痛程度。结果 试验组每区的SRP治疗时间为 (25．15± 1．35)rain，明显短于对照组的(40．11±1．08)min(Z=3．625，P0．05)。SRP后各观察时点，2组的各项牙周指 数较治疗前均有明显改善(P0．05)，但2组问各项牙周指数的差异均无统计学意义 (P0．05)。试验组SRP 结束时(Zc=2．356，PO．05)及治疗后 1d( =3．138，P0．05)的VAS评分明显低于对照组。结论 Vector系 统能缩短l临床操作时间，提高牙周基础治疗舒适度，有效改善慢性牙周炎的临床症状。 【关键词】 Vector系统；慢性牙周炎；牙周指数；龈下刮治； 根面平整 【主题词】 牙科设备／利用；牙周炎／治疗；牙周指数；牙龈下刮治术 【中图分类号】 R781．42 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1006—5245(2009)10—482～03 ClinicalStudyofVectorMT System in PeriodontalTherapy LIHong—wen， GENGFay·un，FANWei-jia，eta1． DepartmentofStomatology，theCenterHospitalofLonggang，Shenzhen518116，China A【bstract】 Objective ToevaluatetheclinicaleffectofVector systeminperiodontaltherapy．Methods Inthis splitmouthself-controldesignstudy，58patientssufferingchronicperiodontitiswereincluded．Afterultrasonicscaling， eachpatients’teethinright—sideweretreatedbysubgingivalscalingandrootplanningwithVector system(testgroup)， anothersidewereperformedbyGracey(controlgroup)．Allclinicalparametersincludingplaqueindex(PLI)，suleus bleedingindex(SBI)，bleedingonprobing(BOP)，probingdepth(PD)andattachmentloss(AL)wereevaluatedat baseline，1，3，6monthsaftertreatment．A visualanaloguescalewasusedtoevaluatepainscoresuponcompletionof treatment．Results Aftertreatment，bothgroupsshowedsignificantimprovementontheirexaminedindex ，whilethere werenosignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwogroups(P0．05)．DuringSRP，theVectorsystemreduceddiscomfor- tingsensationscomparedw
