2009 年 10 月 第三届全国农业环境科学学术研讨会论文集 111 16 煤矸石浸提液对莴笋种子发芽的影响 沈燕华，汪家权，潘 哲，马玉萍 （合肥工业大学资源与环境工程学院，安徽 合肥 230009） 摘 要：研究了不同处理条件下煤矸石浸提液对莴笋种子萌发的影响,结果表明：煤矸石浸提液中含有对种子生长有 益的元素，纯水浸泡的煤矸石浸提液对莴笋种子萌发具有促进作用；种子对水体 pH 的强度变化有一定的适宜能力， 而强酸度作用下的煤矸石浸提液对种子抑制影响较大；富含微生物土壤液处理后的煤矸石浸提液莴笋种子的发芽率 具有抑制作用，但对芽长均具有促进作用；与强风化的煤矸石相比，新鲜煤矸石更利于种子的萌发。 关键词：煤矸石；浸提液；莴笋种子；发芽 Effect of Gangue Leach Liquor on Lettuce Seeds Germination SHEN Yan-hua, WANG Jia-quan, PAN Zhe, MA Yu-ping (School of Resources Environmental Sciences, Hefei University of Technology, Hefei 230009, China) Abstract: The effect of gangue leach liquor on lettuce seeds germination under different treatment conditions was investigated. The results revealed that: substances which was beneficial for the grows of seeds were contained in the gangue leach liquor, and that the pure water gangue leach liquor had a positive effect on the germination of lettuce seeds. Secondly, the seeds had certain adapable ability to the variation of water pH, while acetate acid gangue leach liquor could strongly inhibit the germination. Thirdly, the gangue leach liquor which had been treated using the soil liquid contained plenty of microorganism had a negative effect on the germination of seeds, yet could promote the length of bud. Compared to the efflorescent coal gangue, fresh coal gangue was more slavour to the germination of lettuce seeds. Keywords ：gangue；leach liquor；lettuce seeds；germination 煤矸石是采煤过程中产生的固体矿业废弃物, 主要包括煤层的夹石和顶底板岩石,其数量约占原煤产量的 [1-2] 15%左右，是煤炭工业的主要污染源之一 。煤矸石的大量堆存给矿区生态环境带来种种负面影响，如占用 土地、污染环境、破坏景观等。我国有矸石山 1 500 多座,累计堆存矸石 34 亿吨以上，占地超过 1.33 万公顷[3] 。
