临床医学论文-通心络与血脂康联合应用对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块作用的临床研究 【摘要】? 目的 探讨通心络与血脂康联合应用对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法 选择颈动脉内膜-中层增厚与斑块形成的脑梗死患者75例，予通心络胶囊3粒，日3次口服；血脂康2粒，日2次口服。疗程16周。治疗结束后检测血脂和颈动脉内膜-中层厚度与斑块的变化，并与治疗前对比观察。结果 治疗后患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度与斑块均有消退，总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平均有明显降低，同时高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。且未发现明显不良反应。结论 通心络胶囊与血脂康联合应用，能有效调控血脂，具有稳定动脉粥样硬化及减小斑块的作用,且安全性好。 【关键词】? 动脉硬化；脑梗死,大脑中动脉；降血脂药(中药)；中成药 　　Clinical study on atherosclerotic plaque treated by combination of Tongxinluo and Xuezhikang Capsule 　　ZHANG Yunshu，WU Xiupin 　　the Third Hospital of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang 050011??? 　　【Abstract】? Objective? To evaluate the effect of tongxinluo and xuezhikang capsules oncarotid atherosclerosis and plaque extinction. Methods? 75 samples of carotid intima to medio-layer bodiness and formation of the plaque from cerebral infarction patients were collected by color Doppler ultrasound measurement. Treatment group was given xuezhikangCapsule 2 pills, bid po and Tongxinluo Capsule, 3 pills, Tid po. with a treatment course of 16 weeks for all the patients. During the therapy period, the changes of carotid intima to medio-layer andextinction of plaque and changes of blood fat were measured. Results?The bodiness ofcarotid and plaque of both groups fade away. The LDL-C, TG and TC are lower, and the HDL-C is higher. Conclusion? The group Tongxinluo capsule combined with Xuezhikang capsule can effectively alleviate the artery atherosclerosis and plaque. Meanwhile, which can control blood fat.The method is safe and can be easily applies.It is an important method of the prevention and care of artery atherosclerosis.??? 　　【Key words】?
