In the development of human it is own unique culture. On the diet between China and West, the Chinese and Western diet cultures are different because of the differences between Chinese and Western cultural traditions. The paper describes the origin of between Chinese and Western diet cultures and the present of the differences, then analysis the differences from some aspects such as diet concepts, the concept of diet in China, the concept of diet in West, differences in chioce of cooking materials, differences in table manners and so on.
