中文摘要 城市轨道交通是现代化交通的重要标志，也被广泛认为是当前和未来解决城市公共交 通的主要形式。 本文在分析国内外城市轨道交通发展趋势的背景下，以赣州城市未来（以2020 年为期 限）发展的规模和目标为研究依据，通过理论联系实际和定性与定量相结合的方法，就赣 州城市轨道交通规划的发展战略、必要性和可能性、交通模式、线网规模以及轨道线网与 城市土地利用的协调发展等问题进行了科学而客观的研究。 本文认为，赣州未来都市区人口规模大于200 万，中心城区人口达 140 万，建设一个 经济、安全、高度国产化的轻轨交通线网不仅可以承但大流量的公共客流交通，还能促进 城市空间合理布局，大大提高城市土地利用率，保护环境和降价能耗。赣州城市轨道交通 的线网长度应为 82.5～120 公里，线网平均线路负荷强度在1.5~2.0 万人/ 日.公里（或以 上），同时要对轨道沿线用地进行协调性规划和控制，合理安排城市地上、地下空间，充分 利用有限的城市空间，避免对土地资源的浪费，保证城市建设健康有序发展。 关键词：赣州、城市轨道交通规划、交通模式、合理规模 I Abstract Urban rail transit is an important symbol of modern traffic, is also widely considered to be the major form of urban public transport currently and in the future for quite a long time. Based on the trends of rail traffic development domestic and abroad, taking the future size and development objectives of Ganzhou by 2020, through the theory-with-practice method and quality-with-quantity method, this paper study on the development strategies, the necessity and possibility, the traffic pattern, the network size and the coordination between rail line network and urban land use issues scientifically and objectively. This paper argues that, the population size of Ganzhou will be greater than 200million in the future, and the population will reach 140 million in the downtown. An economical safe light rail transit network with high localization can not only commitment the large flow of public transportation, but also promote the city rational distribution of space, to improve the urban land use significantly, environmentally with low energy prices.
