²3292 ² 中华临床医师杂志( 电子版)2014 年9 月第8 卷第18 期 Chin J Clinicians(Electronic Edition),September 15,2014,Vol.8,No.18 ²临床论著² 地佐辛对缓解男性患者全麻苏醒期 导尿管不适的作用 殷欣 郎非非 杨旅军 【摘要】 目的 观察地佐辛对全麻患者苏醒期导尿管留置不适的临床预防效果。方法 120 例男性全麻手术患者，ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，年龄25～65 岁，随机分为观察组和对照组各60 例。在手术 结束前约30 min 静脉注入地佐辛0.1 mg/kg ，对照组给予生理盐水。术后进入麻醉后恢复室进行导尿 管不适感评估，观察两组患者留置尿管不适情况和并发症发生情况及血压、心率变化。结果 观察 组在拔管后患者的血压和心率均得到了较好的控制，术后导尿管不适发生率为观察组16 例（26.6% ）， 显著低于对照组41 例（68.3% ）（P ＜0.05 ）。结论 地佐辛用于预防全麻患者苏醒期导尿管留置不 适起到了较好的效果，可有效地缓解导尿管不适感症状。 【关键词】 麻醉，全身； 导尿管相关不适； 地佐辛 Intravenous dezocine pretreatment reduces the incidence and severity of the catheter-related bladder discomfort after general anesthesia Yin Xin, Lang Feifei, Yang Lyujun. Methods A total of 120 male patients, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II, were randomized into two equally sized groups (n=60), dezocine group(group D) and control group(group C). These two groups were assigned to give either intravenous dezocine 0.1 mg/kg or a matching placebo (equal volume of normal saline) 30 min before the end of the operation. The severity of CRBD, MAP and HR were assessed during recovery period in PACU. Results Less patients experienced bladder discomfort due to catheter in group D(26.6%) compared with group C(68.3%) at all the time points(P0.01).
