中年支气管哮喘患者抑郁状况调查及心理干预的临床研究 周开兰1 杜开颐1 邹勇1 毛雪梅1 吴洁1 （1扬州大学医学院附属江都人民医院，呼吸内科，225200） 摘要：目的 调查中年支气管哮喘患者抑郁发病率及探讨心理护理干预疗效。方法 选择100例中年支气管哮喘患者，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评定，分析抑郁对哮喘患者的哮喘控制水平、生活质量、肺功能影响；对抑郁哮喘患者进行心理护理，分析干预前后哮喘控制水平、生活质量、肺功能变化。结果 100例中年支气管哮喘患者中有45例有抑郁（45%），其哮喘控制水平、生活质量、肺功能明显差于非抑郁组（P0.05）；心理干预后合并抑郁哮喘患者哮喘控制水平、生活质量、肺功能明显改善，同时抑郁症状减轻（P0.05）。结论 支气管哮喘患者的抑郁情绪发病率高。抑郁情绪对其生存质量、疾病控制情况及肺功能有显著影响。该研究提示重视哮喘患者的心理状况，给予心理指导，对积极有效地控制哮喘有着重要意义。 关键词：支气管哮喘 抑郁 心理 干预 Investigation depression in middle-aged patients with bronchial asthma and psychological intervention: from clinical research Zhoukai-lan1 Dukaiyi1 Zhouyong1 Maoxuemei1 Wujie1 （ Yangzhou University Medical College Affiliated to Jiangdu Peoples Hospital, Department of Respiratory Medicine 225200） Abstract: Objective To investigate the middle-aged patients with bronchial asthma incidence rate of depression and effect of psychological nursing intervention.
