内容提要
随着社会转型和市场经济的逐步建立，农民工孕育而生了，笔者在实地调查
的基础上，了解了南京市农民工的思想现状，并分析了农民工思想产生的原因
然后提出农民工思想教育的内容，最后阐释对农民工进行思想教育的对策。加强
对农民工教育和管理的研究与探索，是新时期城乡宣传教育中的一个具有重要理
论与现实意义的课题，在对农民工的管理过程中，如何对其进行思想教育，则是
一项全新的工作。因此，笔者试图运用社会学、心理学、政治学、管理学及思想
政治教育学等多学科知识构建对农民工进行思想教育的体系，通过对农民工进行
思想教育来转变农民工的思想观念，增强对城市的认同，从而促进城市的稳定。
