Original Articles Chin J Evid-based Med 2014, 14(4): 418-423 六西格玛管理理论在呼吸科临床教学 流程再造中的应用研究 1 1 1 2* 石景芬  龚  永  安  静  胡  培 1. 四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院教育培训部(成都 610072 );2. 西南交通大学经济管理学院(成都610031 ) 摘要  目的 运用六西格玛管理理论,通过临床教学流程再造,提高临床教学质量。方法 基于六西格玛 管理理论,运用头脑风暴法、因果鱼刺图、帕累托原理在内的一系列科学工具,寻找出影响呼吸科临床教学质量 的关键肇因——科室常用的专业诊疗护理技能教学。进而通过临床教学流程再造,编制《呼吸科常用诊疗护理技 能教学手册》来规范科室诊疗护理技能教学流程,同时引入科学的教学模式来提高教学质量。结果 控制组学生 临床带教满意度比对照组有显著提高(P0.05 ),控制组学生出科技能考试成绩也明显高于对照组(P0.05 )。结 论 将六西格玛管理及流程再造方法应用于临床教学能够使临床教学质量得到显著提高。 关键词 六西格玛;临床教学;流程再造 Applied Research in Restructuring the Clinical Teaching Process of Division of Respiratory Disease with Six Sigma Management Theories 1 1 1 2* SHI Jing-fen , GONG Yong , AN Jing , HU Pei 1. Abstract Objective To improve the quality of clinical teaching by restructuring the clinical teaching process with Six Sigma management theory. Methods Based on the Six Sigma management theory, this paper explored the key causes of the quality of clinical teaching in the respiratory department by using scientific tools including Brainstorming, Fishbone Diagram and Pareto Principle. The problem of teaching of professional clinical skills was the key factor that affected the quality of department’s clinical teaching. This paper improved the quality of clinical teaching by restructuring the clinical teaching process including drawing up and carrying out The Manual of Clinical Skills Teaching in respiratory department and introducing the scientific teaching method.
