实  践  与  交  流 2014, 14(8): 1021 1024 中国循证医学杂志 ～ 四川大学华西医院“西部卫生人才培养项目” 培训效果评价 1 2 3* 刘良菊  王  淼  谢  娟 1. 四川大学华西医院院长办公室（成都 610041 ）；2. 四川大学华西医院公共事业发展部（成都 610041 ）； 3. 四川大学华西医院纪委办/ 监察处（成都 610041 ） 摘要  目的  评价四川大学华西医院“卫生部西部卫生人才培养项目”培训效果，为基层医师培训工作提供 借鉴。方法 对2011 年9 月至2013 年3 月在我院参加“卫生部西部人才培养项目”的第二期和第三期共130 名学 员进行问卷调查，分析其参加培训的自愿性、所学技术在当地医院开展情况、所学技术的实用性和针对性，以及 参加培训后对所学技术的掌握情况。结果 基层医师对培训项目满意度评价高，培训后对所学技术掌握情况良好， 能在当地开展并推广所学适宜技术。结论 基层医院需针对医师培训制定具有激励意义的政策。培养单位应筛选 出具有适宜性的技术并加强管理、服务工作，从多方面、综合性地促进基层医师培训工作。 关键词 卫生人才培养项目；西部；培训；基层医师 Health Professionals Training Project in West China: An Assessment of Training Outcomes in West China Hospital of Sichuan University 1 2 3* LIU Liang-ju , WANG Miao , XIE Juan 1. Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted among 130 trainees who took part in the second and third train- ing programs from September 2011 to March 2013.
