电子科技大学MBA 论文 HS 港口设备管理研究 摘 要 港口设备是港口企业完成货物装卸与存储生产任务的重要保证，是 港口企业固定资产的重要组成部分。港口设备管理，是港口企业管理的 重要内容。HS 港口设备管理由于历史条件的原因，存在很多不合理问题， 对港口设备进行有效管理，是培植港口核心竞争力，提高港口经济效益 的重要保障。 文章首先介绍了选题的背景、意义以及本文研究的主要工作;第二章 介绍了港口设备管理在企业管理中的地位与作用，以及现代设备管理的 理论、内容及要求；第三章介绍了HS 港口设备管理现状；第四章根据现 代设备管理理论，结合HS 港口的实际，模仿创新了一种新的设备管理方 法；第五章引入模型，提出以完成生产任务、机械成本最低为目标，应 用随机线性规划模型，计算港口设备合理拥有量，对HS 港口的设备进行 规划；第六章根据HS 港口设备的实际，对设备使用期的维修、保养、检 验、更新及信息管理提出了一系列的方法，最后，对新世纪设备管理的 方法进行了探讨。本文为HS 港口设备管理的科学化提供了有效的参考。 关键词 港口设备，线性规划，维修方法，科学管理 I 电子科技大学MBA 论文 THE SDUDY ON EQUIPMENTS MANGEMENT OF HS HARBOR ABSTRACT Harbor equipments are the significant guaranties that the consignment can be loaded, unloaded and stored effectively in the harbor business industry. They are the important part of the fixed assets of the harbor companies. The management of harbor equipments is the important component of the harbor companies’ management. There’re many unreasonable problems in the harbor equipments management in HS Harbor. This situation is due to the historical reasons in some extent. The effective management of these equipments is the significant guaranties to cultivate the core compentency and improve economic results in harbor business.
