220 IMP HIRFLAnnualReport 2009 5--4 HardwareDesigned forControlSystem of HIRFL--CSReInternalTarget W angYanyu，LinFeiyu，ZhangJianchuanandLiuWufeng Theinternaltargetfacility isamain physicsexperimentalterm inalin HIRFL—CSRe． Ithasa quite complexstructure，therearetotally six classes，14 kindsofequipmentsneed to bemonitored and con— troiledremotely．Inordertoensurethestableoperationofthesedevices，wehavedesignedseveraltypesof controlmodules． These modules are allequipped with M SP430F149 mixed signalprocessorfrom TI， XC95288XI highperformanceCPLD from Xilinx，andUA7000B networkinterface．Theuserscancontrol andmonitorthesedevicesvia intraneteasily．Thedata，command，andstatusofthedevicesareacquired bythesemodulesthentransferredtodatabaseonafront—endserver． Fig．1 Pictureofthethreemodules Fig．1showsthepictureofthethreemoduleswehaddevelopedforinternaltargetfacility． ThefirsttypeofmodulewitheightR$232portsisspeciallydesignedforthemolecularpumps．There arealtogether15pumpsfrom differentmanufacturerstobecontrolledbythismodule；eightdifferentmo一 1ecularpumpscanbeconnected to onesinglemodule．Thestatusofthepump such asthespeed，input F voltage，andpowerconsumptioncanbeacquiredbythemodulewhichcansendsoft—start／stopcommandto a C thepump．The●．sIecondoneisforvalvecontrolling．Therearesixgroupsofpowerrelay contactson the ■I ●II■ modulefordifferentvalves：eachcontacthasthecapabilityof24V DC／10A or220V AC／10A．There— t sponsetimeofvalve0penorClosecommandiswithin10ms．W ealsousethefirsttypeofmoduletomo— y nitorthe vacuum gauge． There are altogether 15 gauges in three differentkindswhich are TPG261， TPG256，andIM520．Thevacuum valueisreadoutbythemoduleandtransferredtothefront—endserver
