面向制造企业生产管理过程的本体建模的研究.doc

摘要  摘  要  企业生产经营过程的基础是企业活动、信息、资源的集成。在当今经济全球化 的国际形势下，企业的集成不仅体现在企业内部，而且也体现在相互合作的企业之 间。企业的集成需要发展以企业模型为核心的信息基础，以往的企业模型虽然对企 业生产经营过程有了相对较全面的描述，但是各个企业内部及企业之间所使用的概 念有较严重的不一致现象，产生了在此模型基础上开发的信息系统存在语义上的不 一致问题，最终导致企业信息系统不能进行良好的应用集成，企业也难以借助于信 息系统与其它企业充分进行多方面的沟通，于是基于本体的建模方法被引入到企业 建模过程中。本体是共享概念模型的形式化表示，以企业本体为基础建立企业模型 继而开发相应的信息系统，将有效促进企业的应用集成。 企业的生产管理模块是企业中最具动态性的一个模块，生产管理过程包含着大 量的企业活动，活动的形式化是形式化表示一个企业运作过程的关键。人工智能领 域所提出的情景演算方法可被用来对活动进行描述。 论文阐述了情景演算的理论基础，研究了企业生产管理过程模型的本体构建方 法，并以情景演算为基础描述企业的基本活动以及由聚集活动构成的企业过程。在 通过情景演算方法表现企业生产管理过程的动态变化中，进一步阐述了本体描述语 言 PSL 与情景演算的内在关联性，分析了 PSL 与 XML 语言对本体信息描述的优势 与不足，提出用 PSL 语言表示本体语义，XML 语言表示本体的对象结构的方法， 以此构建企业的本体模型。 关键字： 本体；情景演算；生产管理过程；PSL；XML I Abstract ABSTRACT The integration from activities, information and resources of enterprise is the basis of process of enterprise production management. Enterprise integration is not only inside the enterprise but also between cooperating enterprises because of Economic globalization. Enterprise integration needs developing information infrastructure of which core is enterprise model. Although some enterprise models include relatively entire representation, the concepts that are used inside every enterprise and among enterprises are often inconsistent. The inconsistent problem of semantic aspect appears in information system from the enterprise model. The problem results in enterprise model not be integrated in application better and enterprise hardly communicate with other enterprises completely by information system, so the method of enterprise modeling based on ontology is introduced into enterprise modeling. Ontology is a kind of formal representation about shared conceptual model. After the enterprise model is established based on ontology and then the corresponding information system is developed, the enterprise application integration will also be accelerated in effect.
