EO 集团营运中心基于财务分析的运营模式决策研究  摘  要  随着全球经济的融合和中国的改革开放，全球零售业巨头以雄厚的 资金实力和先进的管理基础在中国有空前的发展。国际零售业的领头羊 EO 集团创始于 1924 年，迄今已有 84 年历史，是英国最大的零售商， 也是全球三大零售企业之一。EO 集团建立了良好且一贯的增长战略， 使其在加强本国核心业务的同时还能向新兴市场扩张。一个由四部分组 成的业务多元化战略，已经成为 EO 集团最近几年成功的基础。作为该 战略的一部分,在中国的开拓计划和强化亚洲区域非食品业务已经成为 集团国际化经营的重要任务。 本文以 EO 集团营运中心基于财务分析的运营模式决策为研究对 象，首先通过对相关基本理论的阐述，确定财务分析在运营模式决策中 的重要作用；其次，对 EO 集团经营现状的分析，特别是亚洲区非食品 营运中心的设立方案及运营模式的决策分析肯定财务分析在经营决策中 的关键作用；再次，从财务税收的角度讨论 EO 集团中国经营中物流运 营模式的决策实践，强调财务分析在运营模式决策中的核心地位；最 后，针对 EO 集团营运中心面临的挑战，由财务分析提出积极和灵活应 对的发展方向。 通过本文的研究，有助于分析和汲取国际零售企业基于财务分析的 运营模式决策中的管理技术和财务筹划的经验，供国内零售企业的发展 作参考。 关键词：EO 集团，营运中心，财务分析，模式决策 RESEARCH OF OPERATION MODE DECISION FOR EO GROUP OPERATION CENTER BASE ON FINANCIAL ANALYSIS ABSTRACT As global economic integration and Chinas reform and opening up, the global retail giants have an unprecedented development in China with solid financial strength and advanced management foundation. International retail leader EO group has founded in 1924 with a history of 84 years. The UKs largest retailer is also one of the world three major retail enterprises. EO Group established a good and consistent growth strategy to strengthen its core business in the emerging markets while the expansion. A multi-strategy integrated by four parts has become the foundation of EO Group’s success in recent years. As part of the strategy, development plans in China and enhancing non-food business in Asia region have become important tasks of International operation of the group. The thesis is a study of decision-making for operation mode of EO group Operation Center based on financial analysis. First of all, through the elaboration on the relevant basic theory, important function of financial analysis in the decision-making of operating mode is determined; Secondly, through the analysis of EO Groups operating status, especially analysis on Asian non-food commercial operation center set up program and the operating mode, the key role of financial analysis in business decision- mak
