围术期患者家属心理需求_临床医学论文 围术期患者家属心理需求_临床医学论文 【摘要】 目的 分析围术期患者家属的心理需求。方法 应用随机双肓法通过采用Molter的“急危重患者家庭需要量表”及症状自评量表(SCL-90)，对120例住院手术患者亲属志愿者的术前、术中及术后情况进行调查。结果 症状自评量(SCL-90)得分情况，Molter的“急危重患者家庭需要量表”主要项目得分情况，术中与术前、术后之间的得分情况比较差异有统计学意义(0．05)。Molter的“急危重患者家庭需要量表” 亲属内省需求重要性排序得分情况，术中与术前、术后之间的得分比较差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0．05)。Molter的“急危重患者家庭需要量表”的部分内省需求项目与入选研究对象一般情况之间的相关性较强。结论 住院手术患者亲属围术期的心理健康状况水平明显低于对照组，其内省需求情况具有危机状况下的特殊性。 　　【关键词】手术; 患者亲属; 心理健康; 内省需求 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate prospectively the psychological healthy conditions and the self-perceived needs of relatives of hospitalized patients in the duration of operation.Methods 120 individual relative volunteers of hospitalized patients in the duration of operation ranged from 2003 to 2006 were questionnaired randomly,using SCL-90 and Molter’s Critical Care Family Needs Inventory(CCFNI)in the pre-operative(group A)，during the operation(group B)and in the post-operative(group C).Results The differences of scores in SCL-90 and dominating items of CCFNI between the group B and group A and group C had statistical significance(0．05).The differences ofscores in the items involved of CCFNI according to the value of the items considered by the inquired between the group B and group A and group C had notstatistical significance(Pgt;0．05).The self-perceived needs items birthed from CCFNI chosen by the investigated were statistically correlated to their educational level，age，income and so on.Conclusion Psychological healthy levels of relatives of hospitalized patients in the duration of operation are significantly lower than them in the pre-operative and in the post-operative.The self-perceived needs of relatives of hospitalized patients in the duration of operation have significantly differences due to the crisis compared with them in the pre-operative and in the post-operative. 　　【Key words】Pperation;Relatives of hospitalized patients;The psychological healthy conditions;The self-perceived needs 　　 　　患者由于病情治疗的需要而必须进行手术治疗，这对其亲属的心理冲击相当大，
