廊坊环京津城市群与产业发展探讨 崔俊辉 （河北省科学院地理科学研究所，石家庄 050011 ） 摘要：从廊坊城市化水平、产业现状和区域发展格局出发，分析该市在区位、基础设施和资源等方面的区域比较 优势和京津冀都市圈区域发展背景，阐述都市圈发展现状与趋势。提出廊坊城市与产业发展在都市圈中的定位、 产业发展目标和廊坊环京津城市群体系与空间布局。认为廊坊应定位在京津发展主轴上的次中心城市和京津冀都 市圈中二级中心城市，未来发展应瞄准京津冀都市圈中先进制造业、高新技术产业和现代服务业的中心。在市区、 开发区、重点县市和镇、县城的基础上形成南北中三个城市组团组成的三级城市体系，构成环京津城市群。 关键词：廊坊；环京津；城市群；都市圈；产业 Discussion on City Group of Langfang around Beijing and Tianjin and Its Industrial Development CUI Junhui (The institute of geographical sciences of Hebei Academy of Scineces, Shijiazhuang 050011, China) Abstract ：Starting from urbanization level and industrial actuality and regional developmental configuration of Langfang, the article analyzes the comparative advantages of this city and the regionally developmental background of the Beijing-Tianjin -Hebei metropolitan circle, and discusses the present situation and trend of this metropolitan circle. And then the position of Langfang in the metropolitan circle and the orientation of industrial development and the system of Langfang City Group around Beijing and Tianjin and its spatial layout are raised. It is put forward that Langfang should be positioned at sub-central city and second-class central city in the metropolitan circle, the industrial development should go toward the centre of advanced manufacture and high-tech and modern service industries , and the three-class city system of Langfang will be formed by three city groups which localizes in south and middle and north of this city respectively on basis of urban district and development zones and main counties(city or town) to form the city group
