The DS evidence theory metw ith some problems, particularly in the conflict evidence combination, therefore, the synthesis of the scholars had put forward their solutions. However, the synthesis of the assessmentmethodswere very few reports, almost all the algorithms superiority are based on the subjective judgement, which was to illustrate good or bad by examples comaprision with each other. New subjective and objective evaluation ruleswere proposed. ased on subjective evaluation, objective evaluation system was established and the mathematicalmodel, objective evaluation system of rules had more than one assessment, which jointed to indicate themerits of synthesis, thus establishing a synthesis evaluation theory.
