社区居民急救培训在院前急救中的效果评价 　　【摘要】目的：探索并制定社区急救培训体系的规范与流程，为江门市的人民群众生命健康保驾护航。方法：选定两个社区，分别作为试点社区和普通社区，挑选社区居民志愿者作为社区急救人员，进行急救培训，每个社区各选220人，普通社区不做任何培训，试点社区则主要采用宣传教育活动，并对社区居民进行理论培训以及操作培训，分析数据，进行调查问卷回访，调查不同社区急救知识的认知情况，并收集社区急救培训实施后的院前急救率、死亡率。结果：对比试点社区居民与普通社区居民的认知率以及院前急救率与死亡率得出，普通社区居民理论认知率与实操认知率分别为30%和12%；试点居民接受社区急救培训后，其认知率分别为96%和90%。结论：对社区居民进行院前急救培训，可以更有效的使居民在遇见突发事件后保障自身的生命健康。 　　【关键词】社区；居民；急救培训；院前急救；效果；评价 　　Abstract：OBJECTIVETo explore and develop community first aid training system of norms and procedures, is the escort of jiangmen city peoples lives and health.METHODS The selected two communities, As a pilot community and the general community, respectively, Community volunteers were selected as the community emergency personnel, First aid training, Everyone in the community are chosen as 220, Dont do any training general community, Pilot community focus on publicity and education activities, methods and theory training of community residents as well as the operation training, analyze data, questionnaire return visit, investigate different cognitive situation of community first aid, and collect the community first aid training after implementation of pre-hospital emergency rate of mortality.RESULTContrast the swot analysis of pilot community residents with ordinary community residents and pre-hospital emergency rate and mortality rate, average community residents theory swot analysis and field presence for 30% and 12%, respectively; After the pilot resident community first aid training, its not were 96% and 90% respectively.CONCLUSIONTo pre-hospital first aid training, community residents can be more effective to make residents after meet emergency safeguard ones own life and health. 　　Key words：Community; Residents; First aid training; Pre-hospital first aid; The effect; Evaluation 　　 　　随着社会经济的快速发展，各类突发事件和灾害事故日趋频繁，同时由于疾病谱的改变，如突发心、脑血管意外等疾病给市民的身体健康和生命安全造成了严重威胁[1]。院前急救是指对急、危、重症伤病员入医院前的医疗急救，也称为现场急救[2]。根据有关资料显示，在美国每年死于冠状动脉粥样性心脏病60万人，60％～65％死于院外。所以普及急救知识，尤其是心肺复苏为主要内容的急救知识已经成为欧美发
