METHODS ：By participating in one case of torsades de pointes ventricular tachycardia therapy, to investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in cardiovascular clinical professional can play for clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care and improve the efficacy of drug treatment to provide reference. RESULTS ：The results of clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical drug therapy can help physicians more standardized, reasonable and improve the therapeutic effect and reduce mortality. CONCLUSIONS ：This case can be directly reflect the role played by clinical pharmacists in clinical and necessity of participation in clinical drug treatment.
