能耗评价模型及其应用 1 1 2 李奇 姬忠礼 张德元 （1.中国石油大学 机电工程学院，北京 昌平 102249，2.中石油西南油气田公司 天然气研究院，成都 华阳 610213） 摘要：WU L M 等人通过分析用能装置能耗影响因素，建立了用能装置的能耗评价模型。能耗评价模型通过定量计算装 置单位节能量或超额用能量和定性的分析用能装置能耗状态点分布情况，评价装置的用能情况。本文应用该能耗评价模 型对川渝地区 6 个天然气净化厂的能耗评价，由于气田产量逐渐下降，天然气净化装置的处理量偏离最优工况，致使净 化装置的用能效率普遍下降。 关键词：能耗评价；模型；单位能耗；天然气净化 Energy evaluation model and its application 1 1 2 LI Qi , JI Zhong-li , ZHANG De-yuan (1. The model evaluate energy consumption state of device through quantificational calculates the over-use or saving energy and qualitative analyses the distribution of the energy consumption point. This paper applies the model to evaluate energy consumption of six purification plants in the Sichuan-Chongqing area. Because natural gas production gradually decline in the gas field and the treatment capacity of purification plant deviates from the optimal condition of plant, so the efficiency of use-energy generally decline.
