第十一屆海峽兩岸智慧運輸系統學術研討會 虛擬交控中心建置與應用 1 2 3 陳朝輝 、卓奕志 、吳哲緯 (逢甲大學運輸科技與管理學系 臺灣臺中 40754) 摘要 在交通問題日益繁雜的情況下，交控策略往往為改善交通問題的重要手段，而策略的擬定必須透過廣泛 且正確的各項資料作為基礎，虛擬交控中心(Virtual Traffic Control Center ,VTC)的建置便占重要的角色。一 方面為實際交管中心(Traffic Management Center, TMC)資料做備份，一方面可將資料提供與學術單位進行交 控策略的擬定，並且亦可透過與實際交管中心相同使用者介面進行教育訓練，進一步培養交控人才。本研究 由台中市政府提供經費補助，由逢甲大學提供空間，完成虛擬交控中心的系統建置，並開發交控策略績效平 台，將虛擬交控中心模擬軟體所得到之時制計畫及其績效，透過資料庫同步方式將交控策略回饋台中市政府 交管中心。虛擬交控中心未來將持續蒐集車流資訊，開發軟體，期望達到改善都市交通問題之目標。 關鍵字 虛擬交控中心 交管中心 備援系統 交通控制 Construction and Application of Virtual Traffic Control Center Chao-Hui Chen, Yi-Chih Cho, Che-Wei Wu (Department of Transportation Technology and Management, Feng Chia University, Taichung 40754, Taiwan) Abstract: The problems about traffic and transportation are getting more complicated. The traffic strategy is almost the best tool for the traffic managers to solve the situations of traffic congestions. However, we need enough data to support us to make traffic strategies, and the construction of a virtual traffic control center (VTC) that gets data from various kinds of sensor devices is very important. In this case, the system of VTC that we constructed in the Feng Chia University almost backups data immediately from the traffic management center (TMC) of Taichung traffic department by its server. The software installation of VTC is the same as that of TMC, therefore, we can research traffic issues about traffic strategies and traffic control by data from our own server and train students by the same interface. In addition, we developed a user interface that can show the traffic signal timing plan and its performance from the results of simulation software to feedback information of timing to TMC.
