Formulation To be accepted for use by the homeowner, the grower, or commercial applicator, a pesticide must be effective, safe, easy to apply, stable and cost effective although householders commonly pay 10 to 30 times the price that growers pay for a given weight of a particular pesticide. Price depends to a great extent on the formulation. Formulation Pesticides are formulated into many usable forms for satisfactory storage, for effective application, for safety to the applicator and the environment, for ease of application with readily available equipment and for economy. 农药助剂 农药助剂（Pesticide adjuvants) ：农药制剂加工或使用中添加的，用于改善药剂理化性质的辅助物质，这又称为农药辅助剂。助剂本身基本无生物活性，但是能影响防治效果。 1、填料 填料或载体（fillers, carriers) 固态农药制剂加工时，为调节成品含量或改善物理状态而配加的固态惰性矿物类、植物类或人工合成的物质，常用的如凹凸棒土、硅藻土、高岭土、陶土、白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙等 。 2、溶剂 溶剂（solvent） 用来溶解和稀释农药有效成分使其便于加工和使用的有机物，常用的如二甲苯、甲苯、苯等。多用于加工乳油，要求溶解力强、毒性低、闪点高、不易燃、成本低。 3、乳化剂 乳化剂(Emulsifier) ： 对于原来不相混溶的两相液体(如油与水)，能使其中一相液体以极小的液珠稳定地分散在另一相液体中，形成不透明或半透明乳状液，起这种作用的表面活性剂称为乳化剂。 主要用于乳油。 4、润湿剂
