In recent years , from a variety of concept design competition , we can see that the role of concept design gradually began to appear . The conceptdesign is of obvious advantages especially to such a largescale construction proj ect as the residential construction . At present , as far as our understanding of the concept design goes there are still some errors , and the design concept comes to the surface . This article attempts , from the basic question of concept design such as implication , characteristic , basis , procedure content , and so on , to discuss the efficient path of operational mechanisms construction and consummation for the concept design . As a result , some new mentalities and method for the residential construction .
